América des Cayes are based in Les Cayes and earned promotion to the Ligue Haïtienne in 2009. They captured their first national title in 2014 (Ouverture) and play home matches at Parc de Foot Land des Gabions. The club is a pillar of football in southern Haiti, drawing on a strong local talent base.
